Delivery & Pickup Standards:

Street-legal golf cart deliveries are complimentary and made exclusively to private residences or approved vacation rental addresses where you are staying overnight in Fairhope or Magnolia springs, Alabama.

Kayak day rentals may be delivered to a private residence or vacation rental address where you are staying overnight and also delivered to any of our listed launch locations for a day rental.​
​
Street-legal golf cart rentals are available to guests 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license. Kayak rentals are available to guests 19 years of age or older. Complete eligibility requirements are confirmed during checkout.

Weather & Safety Considerations
Kayak Weather Considerations:
Kayak rentals are influenced by weather and water conditions, including wind, storms, and lightning. When conditions are not suitable for safe enjoyment, scheduling may be adjusted or rentals rescheduled.
When weather prevents safe use, guests may be offered a reschedule or rental credit, subject to availability.
Street-Legal Golf Cart Weather Considerations
Our street-legal golf carts are designed for typical coastal weather, including light rain. In the event of severe conditions, delivery or use may be adjusted to ensure safety and comfort.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because rentals are prepared in advance, cancellation and refund terms apply. Complete details are outlined in the Rental Agreement provided during checkout.
